- Modern lacquers (Bona and Junckers) no longer produce the ‘plastic’ look of old and offer a silky sheen in a matt, satin or high gloss finish.
- Our recommended finish would be a BONA polyurethane lacquer – highly resistant to wear but which may create some discolouration to the floor beneath.
