How do I book a Residential or commercial Wood sanding/Restoration project ?
If you’re online, simply select the service you want and click the Book Online button to get a personalised appointment in real-time based on our actual availability, and receive a confirmation, we will then call you for some basic details regarding the work and find a suitable time to view the project and discuss the quote on-site. Do I need to be out of the property for the work?
That’s entirely up to you! If you’ve got other things to do, just let us know how we can get access to your home. Some customers provide a garage or door code, others leave a hidden key outside. Let us know when you book online or when you call in your request. Whatever works for you will work for us! Just let us know what method you’re most comfortable with. Occasionally it will be necessary for you to be away overnight, usually, this is when a front hall or a Kitchen is being worked on due to the drying of the lacquer. We will discuss this with you on the site visit
Do I need to clean up after you leave, will i have any dust from the work?
We come equipped with everything we need to make your home or commercial facility sparkle. We operate a system of 99.9% sanding so virtually no wood particles are left at all.
Do you have products better for wood flooring that have pets in the house?
Yes, we do! When you set up your online booking, please let us know the name and species of your pet and anything we need to know to make sure we discuss this further on the site visit. Bona is the company we use for the finishes and they have lacquer for example that we use in high traffic areas such as school halls and dance studios that get very high foot traffic.
